Payment Options

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

This is a reliable and confidential way to have your rent and other amounts due under your lease automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month on a recurring basis. All you need to do is sign up, and we’ll handle the remaining details. No more remembering to write that check each month, and no worries when you are out of town traveling.

How much does it cost?

This is a free service to our residents.

When will the funds be debited from my account?

Funds will be withdrawn from accounts on the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the funds will be withdrawn on the next business day.

How can I be sure that my rent payment was processed?

Your payment will be shown on your monthly bank statement as a debit with date paid, reference number, amount, and item description.

How can I get started using ACH?

Stop by our leasing office and complete an enrollment form. All you need is a standard bank checking or savings account.

How long will it take to start using ACH?

It takes just a few days from the receipt of your enrollment form. Please confirm your requested start date with the leasing office.

Can roommates enroll?

Yes, however, only one resident (roommate) per apartment will be allowed to participate. This resident will be assessed the total charges attributable to the home.

Can an ACH occur against a business account?

Yes. Our program permits debits to a business account in addition to a personal checking or savings account.

Credit Card and Debit Card Payments

Avoid late fees

Short on cash? Pay on time using your credit card, and pay your card balance at your leisure. Payment must be made by midnight on the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees.

How much does it cost?

Since credit card processing is provided by a service company, there is a small convenience fee of $19.95 for each payment transaction. For debit cards, there is a transaction fee of $1.50 to use this service.

Pay rent online

Certified Funds

Certified funds, in the form of a money order, cashier’s check, or certified check, are the only forms of payment accepted for the first month’s rent and security deposit, which are due and payable before moving into the property. Afterward, personal checks are permissible. In the event a check is returned because of insufficient funds, personal checks will no longer be accepted.

Payments must be postmarked on or before the 3rd of the month. Lease payments may be mailed directly to our office as follows:

If postmarked after the 3rd of the month, the appropriate late fees apply. The late fee policy is outlined in the lease agreement.

Office

As always, residents are welcome to drop off payments at our office during normal business hours, which are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
